These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Bizness Savvy Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") in relation to consulting services and SMS-based communications. By engaging with our services, including signing up for SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Bizness Savvy Inc. offers consulting and SMS marketing services designed for businesses, including but not limited to:

• Business consulting and growth strategies
• Marketing and promotional communications
• Customer care and service notifications
• Appointment confirmations and reminders

2. Registration and Account Setup

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid phone number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. SMS Communication Program

Our SMS program operates under the following terms:

• 3.1 Express Consent

  By expressly opting into our SMS services through our opt-in forms (which require checking an unchecked box), you agree to receive text messages from Bizness Savvy Inc. for business-related updates, promotions, appointment reminders, and service notifications.

• 3.2 Message Information

  • Message frequency will be approximately 1 marketing message per week plus appointment confirmations and related communications
  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase

• 3.3 Opt-Out Rights

  You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.

  After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you expressly opt in again.

  You may reply with HELP for assistance.

• Attempt to manipulate or bypass the SMS delivery system
• Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited communications

6. Termination of Service

Bizness Savvy Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service. You may terminate your participation at any time by opting out of SMS communications and/or contacting us to close your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bizness Savvy Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update or change these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email or SMS and update the Effective Date at the top of this document. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unable to resolve through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Bizness Savvy Inc. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. SMS Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and wireless carrier requirements for toll-free messaging.
